PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer film of a polypropylene resin excellent in low temperature heat sealing properties. SOLUTION: The multi-layer film of the polypropylene resin is composed of a surface layer (A) of a propylene/α-olefin copolymer having (A-i) MFR of 0.1-30 g/10 m, (A-ii) Mw/Mn by a gel permeation chromatography method of 1.8-3.5, and (A-iii) a melting point measured by a differential scanning calorimeter of 100-140 deg.C and a layer (B) of a propylene/α-olefin copolymer having (B-i) MFR of 0.1-30 g/10 m, (B-ii) Mw/Mn by a gel permeation chromatography method of 3.6-6.0, and (B-iii) a melting point measured by a differential scanning calorimeter of 120-145 deg.C. The layer (B) is formed adjacently to the surface layer (A).
