PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the origin of a position detection means from being influenced by a noise or the like, in electronic equipment equipped with the position detection means for detecting the position of a moving body by using an incremental encoder. SOLUTION: This electronic equipment for performing positioning control of the moving body 24 by an ultrasonic motor is constituted from a piezoelectric body 22, an oscillating body 23, the moving body 24, a pressurizing means 25, a pair of electrodes 21a, 21b for applying a high frequency voltage to the piezoelectric body 22, an oscillation driving circuit 10 for generating the high frequency voltage, and a control part 40. In the equipment, the place for detecting the origin of position detection by the incremental encoder 30 is set at the position where the moving body 24 passes most frequently or the position having the highest positioning frequency, and an incremental counter 50 is reset to zero by an origin signal from an origin signal generation circuit 60. |
