PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake capable of suppressing a weight increase of a carrier and preventing complication of a shape of a caliper. SOLUTION: In a pad 13, inclined faces 25a and 26a are respectively formed in both side positions in a disc rotating direction of a disc radial direction inner side. In the carrier 12, inclined faces 38a and 39a are respectively formed so as to slidably contact the inclined faces 25a and 26a of the pad 13, and each inclined face 38a and 39a is formed so that a distance in the disc rotating direction spreads as it approaches a disc radial direction outer side.
