PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyene macrolide antifungal antibiotic preparation having anti-inflammatory effect for the skin and a mucosa and decreasing effect for pain and itching caused by inflammatory of the skin and the mucosa. SOLUTION: This preparation is composed mainly of a polyene macrolide antifungal antibiotic and realizes anti-inflammatory effect for the skin and a mucosa and decreasing effect for pain and itching caused by inflammatory of the skin and the mucosa.
