PURPOSE: A device for carrying a substrate is provided to increase the friction force between a carrier roller and a substrate for improving the control force for the substrate when conveying or carrying the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A device for carrying a substrate includes a plurality of roller shafts(11) connected to a driving motor and rotating in one direction, and at least one or more carrier rollers(12) respectively inserted by the roller shafts with an outer circumferential surface in the concave and convex shape to contact a bottom surface of a substrate to advance the substrate, wherein the substrate is a glass substrate and the carrier rollers are formed of teflon or PVC(PolyVinyl Chloride).
