PURPOSE: An installing angle of a valve guide is made precise, and damage of the valve guide and safety accident are prevented by a valve guide pressing device. CONSTITUTION: A valve guide pressing device comprises a bed(12) to put a cylinder head(20), a hydraulic cylinder(14) moving up and down in upper side of the bed, a control unit to control the cylinder head. The cylinder head is lowered to insert the valve guide into a valve hole(22) of the cylinder head. A fixing jig(30) is installed in lower side of the hydraulic cylinder mounted with a valve guide(1). A cylinder head fixing member(40) fixes the cylinder head in a reference position of the bed. The fixing jig comprises a joining groove(32) to receive the upper end of the valve guide, and a valve guide fixing member(34).
