PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-side washing method for thin sheet steel and a washing device thereof capable of making the close adhesion property of fused plating of the steel plate having Si concentration of less than 0.1 weight % and the formation of an alloy layer satisfactory to improve the quality of fused plating sheet steel and washing both of the fused plating sheet steel and the thin sheet steel for cold drawing sheet steel and having excellent work efficiency and productivity. SOLUTION: In this in side washing method for the thin sheet steel and the washing device thereof in which a substance adhered to a surface of the thin sheet steel 11 containing Si of less than 0.1 weight % is ground and removed using a brush and then the thin sheet steel 11 is fed into an annealing furnace 12, an oxide layer of the surface of the thin sheet steel 11 for the fused plating steel plate is ground by 0.1 to 0.5 g/m<2> using the brush 13 having higher grinding performance among two kinds of brushes 12, 13 having different grinding performance.
