PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calendar, having attractive appearance without any loose thread at a part of filing by sewing and capable of improving the productivity of the same, in the calendar filed by sewing through single-threaded annular sewing. SOLUTION: The calendar is provided with a fundamental constitution wherein the upper end rim of a calendar paper bundle 1A is pinched by a cardboard 2, bent at two places, to file by sewing until both ends of the width of the same by a thread 3 through single-threaded annular sewing from the upper part of the cardboard 2. The beginning thread end 3a and the ending thread end 3b of sewing are turned around the side surfaces of the calendar and the knotted points qa of second sewing seams, which are formed on the rear surfaces of the first needle drop and the last needle drop on the calendar paper bundle, are slipped inbetween a plurality of calendar paper sheets. The terminal ends of the filing by sewing are treated through loose thread treatment by making the knots qb without sewing again a place sewn once and forming rings by dropping a sewing needle twice at the outside of the terminal ends of sewing of the calendar paper bundle.
