PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an interchangeable lens capable of adjusting back focus without changing watertight coupling relation between a camera mount and a lens mount, and a camera system having the interchangeable lens. SOLUTION: This interchangeable lens provided with the lens mount attachably/detachably coupled with the camera mount of a camera main body is equipped with an annular elastic member provided on the outer periphery of the lens mount, an annular 1st barrel abutting on the lens mount and a 2nd barrel fitted to the 1st barrel and constituting a part of a lens barrel main body. One member of the annular elastic member abuts on a part of the outer periphery of the camera mount in a watertight state, and the other part of the annular elastic member is held between the lens mount and the 1st barrel. The 1st and 2nd barrels abut on each other with their surfaces orthogonal to an optical axis, and at least either of the abutting surfaces of the 1st and the 2nd barrels is a surface which can be machined so as to adjust the back focus.
