PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable flow valve capable of controlling flow of fluid with one valve, miniaturizable in whole a device and improved in the assembling workability, and simplified in the structure to lower the cost. SOLUTION: This variable flow valve is provided with a valve main body 1 having flow passages 2 and 3, a valve element 7 for opening and closing the flow passages 2 and 3, and an actuator 15 for operating the valve element 7. The actuator 15 is provided with an air cylinder 16 for operating the valve element 7, a compression spring 31, and a control means for controlling position of a stopper 42 with the rotation of a handle 38 to control a opening and closing lift of the valve element 7 by the air cylinder 16.
