METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ARMATURE OF ELECTRONIC CLUTCH ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an armature of an electronic clutch assembly is provided to prevent a leaf spring from being separated from the armature by fixing the leaf spring to the armature using a rivet. CONSTITUTION: A metal stuff is subject to a forging process such that the metal stuff is formed into an armature having a circular plate shape formed with a perforation hole at a center thereof. Two slots(123) having predetermined depth are formed at one side of the armature. A plurality of slot holes are formed between the slots(123). After forming a plurality of rivet fixing holes(122) between slot holes, a surface of the armature is precisely processed. Then, the metal stuff is cut through a pressing process, thereby forming a leaf spring(140) having an insertion hole at a wing part(143) thereof. The insertion hole matches with the rivet fixing holes(122) so as to insert a rivet.
