PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a noise from being generated by eliminating frictions caused by a seatback frame and a seatback pad. SOLUTION: A seat is of a stationary pad type that the seatback frame 1 with pipe bushings 3a, 3b for an attachment of a headrest on an upper part of the seatback frame 1 is inserted into the seatback pad. The structure is provided with following parts: Slits 2a, 2b to determine positions where the pipe bushings 3a, 3b for the attachment of the headrest are inserted are formed. A noise-absorbing sheet 2 has dimensions to cover the upper part of the seatback frame 1. A securing device 7 fixes the noise-absorbing sheet 2 covering the seatback frame 1 while engaging with near pipe bushings 3a, 3b for the attachment of the headrest from the top of the noise-absorbing sheet 2. A catching device 8 fixes the noise-absorbing sheet 2 covering the seatback frame 1 while engaging with the seatback frame 1 from the top of the lower ends of both sides of the noise-absorbing sheet 2.
