PURPOSE: A one-stop logistics system having a nationwide A/S(After-sales Service) network connected with an installation system is provided to maximize the satisfaction of a customer by solving the problems in the delivery, the installation, and the A/S network of respective manufacturers. CONSTITUTION: A nationwide physical distribution base(F) and an installation team are prepared to deliver and install a product of the manufacturer(A), and take a charge of the A/S of the product. The installation team is composed of the workers capable of handling the electric and electronic products and forms a team with a logistics driver team. The product is delivered by a vehicle. The nationwide situation is checked by a computer network. The system is especially for the small and medium-sized enterprises.
