发明名称 PRODUCTION OF FLAVOR COMPOSITION
摘要 PURPOSE: A process of preparing a flavor composition improved in aromaticity and durability thereof by mixing flavorings with high molecular polysaccharide and an additive material and then adding water until a gel is formed is provided. The product has increased persistence and durability as compared to prior art flavor compositions, it can be thus effectively used in manufacture of medicine, cosmetic, living article or the like. CONSTITUTION: About 0.1 to 1.0% by volume of flavorings such as clove oil is mixed with 0.5 to 1.5% by volume of hyaluronic acid as high molecular polysaccharide and 20 to 25% by volume of sodium lauryl sulphate, 10 to 12% by volume of glycerin and 1 to 2% by volume of boric acid as an additive material, and then added with water until a gel is formed.
