PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new golf swing practice tool by which a user learns the rhythmic feeling of a golf swing, a hitting method by using the centrifugal force of the golf club head and a swing with right directivity. SOLUTION: A middle body is constituted by enveloping it with an elastic body with extending/contracting property and inspiratory property around a core body which is made of a hard material. A grip is constituted by covering the middle body with a synthetic resin sheet or a leather bag and also attaching a whistle in a state where it blows by a fluid movement inside the bag, which is caused when the bag is pressurized with a finger force in the case of swinging practice. An elastic ball is attached to the tip part of the grip via a prescribed length of string.
