PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a germinating/raising mat and a raising pot in view of the fact that germinating/raising seedling still requires much labor and cost and using petrochemical products leads to the discharge of industrial waste. SOLUTION: The inexpensive germination/raising mat and raising pot excellent in workability and 100% pollution-free are obtained by processing for reproduction each kind of product produced by using natural fibers such as jute and kenaf.
