PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with designation of scan photographing and an azimuth marker in an X-ray computerized tomographic equipment and an image processor. SOLUTION: The X-ray computerized tomographic equipment and the image processor are provided with a reconstituting device 112 for generating volume data on the basis of projection data acquired by scanning a three-dimensional area of a subject by an X-ray, a tomographic image data generator 111 for generating tomographic image data on an optional cross section from the volume data, a 3D model generator 113 for generating surface model data including a marker for expressing a position of the cross section from the volume data, an azimuth marker generator 117 for generating the azimuth marker respectively corresponding to the tomographic image data and the surface model data, and a synthesizer 118 for synthesizing the surface model data into the tomographic image data as an inset view together with the azimuth marker.
