PURPOSE: A hinge structure for a shade adjustable hat is provided to avoid the change of the shade's position in its use, assembly the hat with ease and make it easy to repair or replace the shade. CONSTITUTION: A hinge axis(11) is formed with a screw hole(13) at the center of the front face of a round plate. A plurality of stoppers(12,12a) are provided at the site having a predetermined radius around the hinge axis(11). A first reinforcing groove(14) is formed between the hinge axis(11) and the stoppers(12,12a). A slider hinge portion(7) is formed integral with a rail fixing member(15) at the back surface. A body(16) has a space portion(16a) therein and one side of the circumferential surface is opened. A hinge hole(17) is formed at the middle of a side face of the body(16) so that the hinge axis(11) is inserted there into. Second and third reinforcing grooves(18,19) of a sector shape are provided at the site having a predetermined radius around the hinge hole(17).
