PURPOSE: An air conditioner/heater system for automobile with trouble diagnosis function and control method of the same are provided to allow a user to easily find cause of trouble and repair. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner/heater system includes an input device(60) by which a user operates driving of air conditioner/heater in a driver's seat; a remote control part(70) converting operating signal of the air conditioner/heater of the input device into transmission signal and transmitting through a communication line; an air conditioner driving control part(80) generating and outputting air conditioner driving signal correspondingly with transmission signal received from the input signal through the communication line; a heater driving control part(120) generating and outputting heater driving signal correspondingly with transmission signal received from the input device through the communication line; a condition display part(110) including a plurality of display devices displaying operating condition of the air conditioner/heater by control of the remote control part; and an air conditioner driving part(90) and a heater driving part(130) operated by driving signal output by the air conditioner driving control part and the heater driving control part to execute heating and cooling of a vehicle.
