PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a controlling a second filter membrane formed on the surface of the filter is preformed by air bubbles but it causes the lowering of the filtering capacity of by the clogging on the second filter membrane. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for removing substances in the fluid, air diffusion pipes 26, 27 and 28 are arranged on the bottom of a raw water tank 1. Air bubbles generated from the air diffusion pipes 26, 27 and 28 are uniformized by sending in air from both ends of the air diffusion pipes 26, 27 and 28 under the same pressure. By this constraction, the second filter membrane 21 formed on the surface of the filter 4 is adjusted to always hold the filtering capacity of the filter in an optimum value.
