PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the stock amount of Pachinko balls to enable the secure recovery from eh overstock or the understock of Pachinko balls in a game island and to avoid frequent events of a return limit. SOLUTION: When the amount of Pachinko-ball stock in the game island becomes less than 40,000, the return limit of a prize-ball counter in the next game island is begun (S10 and S20). This limit is kept until 7 minutes passes after the amount of the Pachinko-ball stock recovers to not less than 40,000 (S30-S60). When the amount of the Pachinko-ball stock in the game island becomes more than 180,000 or more, the return limit of the prize-ball counter in the game island is begun (S110 and S120). This limit is kept until 20 minutes passes after the amount of the Pachinko-ball stock recovers to less than 180,000 (S130 S160). Because a return limit is turned off after the overstock or the understock is securely recovered in these processes, frequent return limits can be avoided and it is easy to control the stock in an appropriate amount without overstocking nor understocking.
