PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric feeding apparatus with which a fabric can be fed without damaging the fabric and by surely restraining it, and a large fabric with an any size can be continuously and straightforwards fed. SOLUTION: The fabric feeding apparatus is characterized by providing endless feeding belts 2 and 3 extending front and back of a sewing position 1 of a sewing machine and being brought into contact with each other up and down and providing a magnet 4 below the top side running part of the bottom feeding belt 3 and respectively forming the bottom feeding belt 3 and the top feeding belt 2 of a material which is not attracted by the magnet and a material which is attracted by the magnet and driving the bottom feeding belt 3 by a driving means 5 and moving the top feeding belt 2 by following the bottom feeding belt 3 as the belt 2 receives an attracting force of the magnet 4 and placing a fabric 6 between the attracted top and bottom feeding belts 2 and 3 and feeding it.
