The control valve (30) comprises an inlet orifice (32) connected to the exhaust manifold. A first outlet orifice (34) is connected to a cooling exchanger communicating with the engine inlet manifold. A second outlet orifice (36) is connected to the air admission manifold and a valve disc (58) controls the passage from the inlet orifice to the first or second outlet orifice.
