<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a necessary current density at a low electric field in a display device, having a nanotube structure. SOLUTION: The display device comprises an electron source panel on which electron sources are arranged, and a display panel to which a phosphor is applied, and has a vacuum atmosphere in a space between the electron source panel and the display panel. A nanotube containing metal in an enclosing wall thereof is positioned inside or on the surface of an electrode formed on the electron source panel.</p> |
