PURPOSE: A noise reducing apparatus of a brake for a vehicle is provided to reduce abnormal noise from the brake system in braking by installing a damper in a piston of a caliper assembly. CONSTITUTION: A caliper assembly(3) is composed of a disk rotor(10) installed in a wheel and rotated during traveling; a brake pad(12) installed in the end of the disk rotor to apply frictional force in braking; a back plate(14) combined with the rear part of the brake pad; and a piston(16) transmitting pressure to the rear part of the back plate in braking. A damping plate(22) is installed in the piston by a compression spring(24) to press the rear part of the back plate in braking. Noise is minimized by damping vibration through the back plate with the damping plate in braking.
