FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: one should conduct the sorption of a tested material with a carrier- fixed immune serum together with reaction results' registration according to the development of immune antigen-antibody complex. Moreover, as a carrier one should use magnoimmunosorbents, as for the sorption it is carried out by mixing magnoimmunosorbents with a tested material for 1-2 h at 18-24 C to register quantitative reaction results at the presence of specific immunoglobulins labeled with corresponding labels. Simultaneously, it is necessary to determine total antigens to several bacterial types without any preliminary concentrating. The method provides higher sensitivity and specificity in detection of heterogeneous antigens, accelerated trial and higher possibility for simultaneous quantitative determination of total antigenic determinants to several microorganisms. EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. |
