PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily modify, add, or delete the information kept in a database by using a portable terminal and to utilize the information more effectively than ever by accommodatingly presenting the information regarding to user's present location and direction responding to the requests from each user. SOLUTION: Location information detected by a GPS sensor 3 of the portable terminal 1, direction information detected by a direction sensor 4, and input information inputted by an input part 6 are fetched in by a CPU 2 and sent from a communication part 5 via radio signals. In an information management server 20, a database management device 21 detects the information associated with user's location and direction sent from the portable terminal 1 is detected in a database 22, and the information kept in the database 22 is changed, corrected or deleted based on the input information sent from the portable terminal 1. |
