PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LSI IC which can prevent the generation of the through current without additional parts if the power sources of other LSI ICs are shut off while the power supplies of partial LSI ICs are kept on, when a plurality of LSI ICs are used in combination. SOLUTION: This LSI comprises an internal circuit 151, a signal input terminal 120x, a first Vdd terminal 101, a second Vdd terminal 103 and a GND terminal 105. The source/drain of a PMOS PM11 of a first electrostatic protecting means 125x is inserted between a first node N1 and a first Vdd wiring 111 connected to the first Vdd terminal 101, and the gate of the PMOS PM11 and the n-type region where the PMOS PM11 is formed are connected to a second Vdd wiring 113 connected to the second Vdd terminal 103.
