AUDITION SYSTEM AND SELLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an incentive for purchase to a consumer through both the senses of viewing and hearing and to enable the consumer easily find and tentativelly listen to even an article which the consumer has not viewed yet. SOLUTION: A system is equipped with distributing devices 11 to 13 which hold many pieces of audio data and distribute them through a communication network 10, many audition terminals 40 which can send out a distribution request including identification information on an object article for audition and other kinds of retrieval requests, and a retrieval means 22 which receives a retrieval request and retrieves a set 26 of identification information and/or a set of additional information 27 according to the kind of the request.
