FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles with inertia propulsive device. Proposed vehicle has body and propulsive device in form of swinging member connected with body. It is provided also with second swinging member installed on opposite side of body. Swinging members are installed for slow displacement at deflection from middle position and quick displacement at returning into middle position. Vehicle incorporates supports in contact with surface of displacement installed on free ends of swinging members and in places of connection of members and body. Each swinging member is connected with body by means of flexible plate, and its end pointed to body is provided with toothed sector getting into engagement with toothed sector installed on axle of engine found in body.
