PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic electric-field luminescence display element, which prevents degradation, which is generated by contacting an organic electric-field luminescence layer and a negative electrode layer with oxygen, moisture, or the like, and raises reliability, and to provide the organic electric field luminescence display element manufactured by this manufacturing method. SOLUTION: After carrying out laminating of an positive electrode layer 112, the organic electric field luminescence layer 115, and the negative electrode layer 118 in order on a translucent substrate 111, a protection layer 130 is formed on the translucent substrate 111 containing the negative electrode layer 118, and heat-treating processing is performed in a part of the protection layer 130. |
