摘要 PURPOSE: An initialization circuit of a mouse controller is provided to reduce a power-on reset time without supplying an additional pin in an exterior. CONSTITUTION: In a mouse controller having an internal oscillator and a core logic(300), a power-on detecting unit(100) detects a power voltage level and generates a power-on detecting signal. A mode detecting unit(400) generates a mode signal in accordance with the first input signal being applied through the first input pin and generates the first control signal in accordance with the mode signal. An external rest signal generating unit(500) inputs the second input signal from the second input pin, detects an external rest pattern in accordance with the mode signal, and generates the second control signal. A clock output unit(600) inputs an external clock signal through an input/output pin in accordance with the mode signal from the mode detecting unit(400), or supplies an internal clock signal through the input/output pin. A power-on reset generating unit(200) generates a rest signal for initializing the core logic(300) by the first signal and the second control signal generated from the external rest signal generating unit(500).
