PURPOSE: A resin film fabricating apparatus and a product manufactured by using the same are provided to reinforce strength of a bonding section of a resin film by inserting reinforcement yarn into the resin film. CONSTITUTION: A cutting blade(3) is installed at both sides of an upper portion of a tension roller mounted on a body(1). A cutting section(2) having a string guide rod(4) is formed on the tension roller. A resin extruder(24) is installed at a center of the body(1). An extruding pipe(25) is provided at both sides of a bonding roller(5). A fixing string(6) is inserted into a resin film(23) after cutting both sides of the resin film(23) by using the cutting blade(3). Then, the resin film(23) extruded through the extruding pipe(25) is introduced into an end of the resin film(23). The resin film(23) is fixedly bonded by using the bonding roller(5).
