POLYISOCYANATE CURING AGENT FOR LAMINATE ADHESIVE AND LAMINATE ADHESIVE USING THE AGENT

PURPOSE: A polyisocyanate curing agent for a laminate adhesive and a laminate adhesive using the curing agent are provided, to improve the stability of the curing agent to the lapse of time and the adhesive strength to a metal-based substrate and the durability of the laminate adhesive. CONSTITUTION: The polyisocyanate curing agent comprises the isocyanate group terminal initial polymer obtained by reacting the block polyether monool containing a larger amount of oxypropylene groups than oxyethylene groups represented by the formula 1 with the organic polyisocyanate containing at least aliphatic polyisocyanate and/or alicyclic polyisocyanate; and the silane coupling agent represented by OCN-(CH2)r-Si(OR')a, wherein R is an alkyl group of C1-C5; m and n are an integer of 1 or more, respectively; R' is an ethyl or methyl group; and r is an integer of 1-5. Preferably the block polyether monool has a number average molecular weight of 800 or more.
