PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of suppressing an increase in circuit scale and in cost and displaying a plurality of segmented inputted images, and to provide a monitoring system using the same. SOLUTION: A are coded and time-division multiplexed plural mage signals are inputted from an input terminal and decoded in a decoding section 11, and the images are converted in size in a enlarging/reducing section 12. The images are written into a prescribed portion of an image region provided in an image memory section 14 by using a memory storing controlling section 13, and the whole image region is read out and outputted by a memory readout controlling section 15. |
