PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relay frame transmission between a communication device with a link control means and a communication device without a link control means in a simple configuration and method. SOLUTION: A bridge device 105 acquires addresses of a first communication device 102 with a link control means and a second communication device 104 without a link control means and link control information, and stores them in a logical channel information table on an RAM 205. Then the bridge device acquires the addresses of and link control information on the first and the second communication devices from the logical channel information table, and relays frame transmission between these devices by combining the addresses and the information on the data link layer level of the OSI reference model.
