PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic providing system that can efficiently and inexpensively provide cosmetic that agree with individuals skin conditions. SOLUTION: The cosmetic providing system generates by-user analysis data indicating whether or not one or more components of cosmetic agree with a user's skin, determines the components of cosmetic based on the by-user analysis data to produce cosmetic, and provides the user with the cosmetic. This system comprises an analysis data input terminal from which by-user analysis data is input; and a by-user database, in which the by-user analysis data is stored, for use by a manufacturer's computer installed at a manufacture that determines the components of cosmetic based on the by-user analysis data to produce cosmetic, wherein the by-user analysis data is sent from the analysis data input terminal to the manufacturer's computer via a communication line for storing the by-user analysis data in the by-user database. |
