PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fund efficiency and convenience of a financial transaction for a customer which has the transaction by rationally calculating a prepaid amount in a balance settlement transaction. SOLUTION: An order processor D is equipped with an order reception part 1, a trust decision part 2, and a prepaid amount calculation part 4. The order reception part 1 receives order data showing the contents of an order from a customer C through a network N. The prepaid amount calculation part 4 calculates the prepaid amount needed to accept the order according to price variation of property that the item name specified by the order corresponds to. The trust decision part 2 decides whether or not the order is acceptable according to the prepaid amount and informs the customer C of the decision result through the network N.
