PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten processing time for generating an image signal and to reduce costs by reducing a filter size in a method and a device for generating image signal with which the image signal is generated by reading a radiograph containing a grid picture. SOLUTION: The radiograph containing the grid picture is sampled and read in a frequency with which an aliasing distortion caused by the grid picture does not occur and which is lower than a sampling frequency, and filtering processing is applied so that the component of the aliasing distortion caused by the grid picture can become equal to or higher than a prescribed frequency to generate the image signal. |
