PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the movement of the recording information from a digital reproducing device to a general purpose analog recorder and to eliminate the disadvantage for a copyright holder. SOLUTION: The addition of an APS signal to an analog output signal is stopped when the information is moved to the analog recorder, and also the picture quality is made to the deteriorated state.
