PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency reporting device capable of reporting emergency when expanding an air bag without influence to the expansion of the air bag. SOLUTION: A sensor signal from a non-contact sensor 2 for detecting the expansion of the air bag 1 is detected by a decision part 3 and the result is inputted to an information part 5 via an interface part 4 for giving the emergency information by the information part 5 when expanding the air bag.
