摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce superconducting wire material comprising an oxide superconductor single crystal in the form embedded in an Ag matrix. SOLUTION: (1) An alloy layer deposited on the Ag matrix is changed into an amorphous layer by a laser heating rapid cooling method or an amorphous matrix is created. (2) On the amorphous layer or the amorphous matrix are created more than one layer of alloy or oxide single crystal layer by such methods as MOCVD, MBE, spattering, vacuum vapor deposition, or laser abrasion. (3) On the more than one layer of alloy or oxide single crystal layer is created an oxide superconductor single crystal layer by such methods as MOCVD, MBE, and spattering, vacuum vapor deposition, or laser abrasion. (4) Thinning wire treatment is carried out if necessary. (5) Covered with Ag or an Ag alloy layer 41. The oxide superconducting single crystal wire material is produced in the manufacturing process of (1), (2), (3) and (5), or (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5).
