Reactions of cerebral and central hemodynamics are tested to light physical loading as 20 squattings per 30 sec to calculate the values: index of cerebral autoregulation (ICAR) and consistency of cerebral autoregulation (CCAR) by the following formulas: ICAR = ; and At ICAR value being below 22% in men and below 34% in women and/or negative value of CCAR it is possible to conclude on the disorder of cerebral circulation autoregulation; at ICAR value being above or equal to 22% in men or equal to 34% in women and positive value of CCAR one should conclude on the absence of disorders of cerebral circulation autoregulation.
