The reamer has a tool holder (2) and a cutting block (22) able to move in it perpendicular to its turning axis, with cutters (28) on its opposite outer ends. It has some play in its suspension so that its movement relative to the tool holder is reliably preset. The cutting block may have two connected cutter holders (24, 26).
