PURPOSE: An ozone and anion generator is provided, which can generate ozone to sterilize water and vegetables by ozone water in a few seconds and generate anion to keep comfortable room condition. CONSTITUTION: The generator comprises the followings: an ozone and primary anion generator(500), driving parts(300,400) of ozone generation and anion generation, a secondary anion generator(600), a bubble generator(900) and control part(200). The ozone generator(500) comprises a dielectric(520) of tube type, an exterior electrode(540) of spring type wound around the dielectric(520) and an interior electrode(550) of coil type set inside the dielectric tube(520). The control part(100) comprises a vegetable and fruit button(120) to sterilize bacteria, an ozone water button(130) to get cosmetic effects, purified water button(140) to keep good drinking water and water supplying amount button(180) to control ozone according to water amount to sterilize.
