PURPOSE: A tele-management system for a vending machine is to detect a remaining amount of contents loaded in the vending machine or whether the vending machine is out of order and rapidly transmit a signal to a manager of the vending machine, thereby managing the vending machine in real time. CONSTITUTION: A tele-management system for a vending machine comprises a control unit(11) for controlling a main body(1) of the vending machine and interchanging information with a host computer(13) through a communicating unit(12); an inventory control system for detecting a remaining amount of contents loaded in the vending machine, whether the vending machine is out of order or whether a money amount exceeds a predetermined value and then outputting a detected data to the host computer; an electronic money receiving system for reading a card inserted into a card reader and outputting information input by a user to the host computer to confirm whether the card is available, a cash treating system for performing an identification of the inserted card, and a recording and reading of a trade statement and interchanging the information with the host computer by controlling of the control unit to withdraw and deposit cash; and a credit card processing system for treating a credit card inserted into the card reader.
