The loading station for loading at least one wagon (2) with bulk material has a measurement recording system, a computer (7) and/or a control system, by means of which a wagon-dependent and/or bulk material-dependent determined loading profile for the wagon is established before loading, and from this established profile the loading of the wagon with bulk material is automatically controlled with the assistance of the control system.
