PURPOSE: Provided is a multipurpose exercise instrument which utilizes one structure to enable users to enjoy various exercises like a barbell, a dumbbell, a slider, a waist exercise instrument or so on so that it helps to widen the scope of use. CONSTITUTION: The multipurpose exercise instrument comprises the parts of: a grip(10) which consists of a bolt part and a nut part; a pair of wheel-typed sliders(20) which are combined with the grip to be rotated; an independent power facility which consists of a fixed magnet at the grip and a rotating magnet at the wheel-typed slider; plural lamps(40) which are electrically connected to the rotating magnet and fixed at the wheel-typed slider; a spring which is fixed at a body and the grip to give resistance power in rolling the wheel-typed slider and limit the distance of rolling; a spring control structure which consists of an adjusting bolt, an eccentric piece and a pressurizing tool to compress the spring selectively and adjust the exercise power of the spring; and a support(70) which includes a bolt for fixing location(71) and a connection ring(72) to connect an elastic band.
