PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control rotating speeds of a suction fan and an exhaust fan according to fluctuation of an environmental temperature. SOLUTION: An inlet of a case and the suction fan 6 are connected via a duct, suction air is guided to a liquid crystal panel for cooling it and the warmed air is exhausted out of the case by the exhaust fan 10. A temperature sensor 9 is arranged in the duct to detect a sucked outside air temperature (an environmental temperature), the temperature is digitized by an A-D converter part 21, it is compared with a plurality of reference temperatures read from a storage part 22 by a discrimination part 23, a corresponding reference temperature is discriminated and is processed into an analog value by an D-A converter 24 and a driving voltage generation part 25 generates 6 V-13 V to rotate the suction fan and the exhaust fan. The two fans are controlled to rotate at a low speed, at a medium low speed, at a medium high speed, or at a high speed according to environmental temperatures, and when the environmental temperature is low, they are controlled to run at a low speed for prioritizing quietness, and when the environmental temperature is high, they are controlled to run at a high speed for prioritizing cooling. Moreover, the two fans may be rotated at different speeds, respectively.
