PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear arm for a vehicle that can secure the strength of an arm part while improving foot resting performance and enlarging the arrangement space of other devices. SOLUTION: This rear arm 16 for the vehicle is mounted in a vertically swingable manner to a vehicle body frame to support a rear wheel 17 movably vertically. The rear arm 16 has a connecting body 23 swingingly mounted to the vehicle body frame, and a lateral pair of arm right part 21 and arm left part 22 fixed to the connecting body at the front end parts 23a and extended backward. The arm right part 21 and arm left part 22 are bent from the top view, and a space on the side of both front end parts 21a, 22a of the arm right part 21 and arm left part 22 is formed to be narrower than a space on the rear side. Vertical wall parts 21d, 22d inside the bent parts are formed almost along the vertical direction. |
